Ms. Banu, the President of CTI, has been in executive roles for the past 10 years, negotiating contracts, managing expectations, and keeping up with the administration. She has over 20 years of software industry experience and has comfortably executed Technical Architect, Lead Engineer, Sr Software Engineer, and Software Engineer roles while at multinational corporations.
Her responsibilities are broad, including technical leadership, establishing goals for projects, defining strategic plans, identifying opportunities and challenges in the project life cycle, and team building. She also has experience in assessment of risk and regulatory management for each project, development of a business plan including budgeting and communication and involving business stakeholders to evaluate each software lifecycle phase.
