This role focuses on participant coordination, study execution, and maintaining adherence to clinical protocols. Responsibilities Support recruitment, onboarding, and tracking of study participants Coordinate study sessions and data collection activities Ensure compliance with IRB protocols and study procedures Maintain accurate documentation and study records Serve as a point of contact for participants and caregivers Preferred Qualifications Background in psychology, neuroscience, public health, or related field Experience with human-subject research or clinical studies Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with cognitive or behavioral health studies is a plus

This role involves building and refining VR-based training modules, supporting application infrastructure, and contributing to systems that enable real-world deployment in home and clinical settings. Responsibilities Develop and maintain VR applications (Unity or similar) Implement interaction systems optimized for older adults Support backend or data integration where needed Collaborate with clinical and product teams to translate requirements into usable features Improve usability, performance, and reliability of deployed systems Preferred Qualifications Experience with Unity / XR development Strong fundamentals in software engineering (frontend, backend, or both) Experience with user-centered design or accessibility Interest in healthcare, cognition, or digital therapeutics.

The focus is on clarity, simplicity, and usability for older adult populations. Responsibilities Design intuitive interfaces for VR and companion applications Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows Ensure accessibility and reduce cognitive load in design Collaborate with engineers and clinical advisors to refine experiences Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing Preferred Qualifications Experience in UX/UI design (Figma or similar tools) Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design Interest in healthcare or cognitive applications Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear interactions.
